SUMMARY:Beer Bus Trip to the Bad Lands
DESCRIPTION:Shrewsbury & West Shropshire CAMRA social and beer scoring trip by minibus from Shrewsbury to the “Bad Lands” pubs in the rural areas around Oswestry. Some of the villages we will be visiting are Kinnerley\, Llanymynech\, Llynclys\, Treflach\, Selattyn and Hengoed.  \n\n\n\nNote that this is a Saturday daytime trip. Departing at 11:30am from the bus stop layby on Smithfield Road\, just the other side of the Frankwell footbridge from the Salopian Bar. SUMMARY:Public Transport Group Trip to Ludlow
DESCRIPTION:Shrewsbury & West Shropshire CAMRA social and beer scoring trip by public transport from Shrewsbury to Ludlow. Members and non-members welcome! \n\n\n\nLudlow is an excellent town for real ale and we will have 16 pubs to choose from in or near the town centre\, including two Good Beer Guide pubs.  \n\n\n\nTravel Information \n\n\n\nMost people travelling from Shrewsbury and beyond will be getting to Ludlow by train\, leaving a few minutes walk from Ludlow railway station to Ludlow Brewery\, which will be our first beer stop. The other option is by bus\, which takes 1 hr 15 mins and drops you off by the railway station. \n\n\n\nShrewsbury to Ludlow by Train:   From platform 4 \n\n\n\n\n10:47 which arrives in Ludlow at 11:17\n\n\n\n\nShrewsbury to Ludlow by Bus:    Minsterley Motors 435 bus from Stand N at Shrewsbury Bus Station  \n\n\n\n\n 9:55 arriving in Ludlow adjacent to the railway station at 11:10\n\n\n\n\nLudlow to Shrewsbury by Train: \n\n\n\n\n16:20 arriving in Shrewsbury at 16:53\n\n\n\n16:52 arriving in Shrewsbury at 17:24\n\n\n\n17:19 arriving in Shrewsbury at 17:46\n\n\n\n17:43 arriving in Shrewsbury at 18:18\n\n\n\n\nLudlow to Shrewsbury by Bus:    Minsterley Motors 435 bus from outside the Compasses pub on Corve Street \n\n\n\n\n15:55 arriving at Shrewsbury bus station at 17:11\n\n\n\n16:55 arriving at Shrewsbury bus station at 18:11\n\n\n\n\nPubs \n\n\n\nA general order of pubs is shown below.
