Members and non-members welcome! \n\n\n\nWe have up to 9 real ale pubs to visit in Oswestry\, including the Bailey Head (CAMRA’s National Pub of the Year 2024)\, two other Good Beer Guide pubs (Oak Inn and Bell Hotel)\, and the Griffin which has been voted our branch Pub of the Season for Spring 2026.  \n\n\n\nTRAVEL INFORMATION \n\n\n\nMeet at Shrewsbury bus station just after 10am\, to get the Arriva X5 bus to Oswestry (usually from Stand G).  \n\n\n\nShrewsbury to Oswestry: \n\n\n\n\n10:15 from Shrewsbury\, arriving at the Bear Hotel stop in Oswestry at 11:13\n\n\n\n\nOswestry to Shrewsbury: \n\n\n\n\n16:41 from opposite the Black Lion\, arriving at Shrewsbury bus station at 17:34\n\n\n\n17:26 from opposite the Black Lion\, arriving at Shrewsbury bus station at 18:19\n\n\n\n\nPUBS \n\n\n\nThe suggested order of pubs is shown below.
