SUMMARY:Christmas Eve Shrewsbury Walkabout
DESCRIPTION:Our annual Christmas Eve Shrewsbury walkabout\, which gives everyone a chance to meet up for a few drinks before the Christmas break. Also handy for combining a bit of last minute Christmas shopping with some pubs! \n\n\n\nThis year\, we will be starting the walkabout at our Shrewsbury Pub of the Year\, the Prince of Wales on Bynner Street at 1pm. After that we will go to the Cross Foxes before heading into town. We are then likely to visit the Nag’s Head\, Cromwell’s\, Three Fishes\, Admiral Benbow and the newly-opened Coach and Horses.  \n\n\n\nIf you are short on time\, feel free to join us just for one or two pubs. If you want to know where we are at a particular time\, there will be updates on our Facebook page. \n\n\n\nHope to see you there. Both members and non-members are very welcome!

SUMMARY:Christmas Eve Walkabout
DESCRIPTION:Our annual Christmas Eve Shrewsbury Walkabout. This year\, we will be starting at the Beacon on Copthorne Road at 12pm\, then onto the Bricklayers Arms for 1pm\, and down Frankwell towards town. Members and non-members are all welcome! \n\n\n\nIf you don’t want to walk out to the Beacon\, there are buses that go from Shrewsbury bus station to the Richmond Drive junction on Copthorne Road\, leaving about 100m to walk to the Beacon. The No. 11 Gains Park bus from Stand J at the bus station is the one to catch. This currently goes every 15 minutes throughout the day on Monday to Friday.

SUMMARY:Beer Day Britain Shrewsbury Walkabout
DESCRIPTION:A Shrewsbury walkabout to celebrate Beer Day Britain\, starting at the Coach and Horses on Swan Hill at 3pm on Saturday 15th June. We will be in the Royal Oak\, Coton Hill in time to do the ‘Cheers to Beer’ at 7pm. Members and non-members welcome! \n\n\n\nThe route details are as follows: we will start at Coaches Horses at 3pm\, then The Admiral Benbow\, then the two Spoons\, The Kings Head and the The Salopian Bar & Garden. Figuring on half an hour per pub plus 5-10 minutes walking between town centre venues\, that should just give us time to get to The Royal Oak Shrewsbury in time to get a pint in hand for 7pm and the National Cheers To Beer. Updates to timing and the route will be posted on the Facebook page on the day. Those with additional capacity could do worse than a second pint there\, but will also be handily placed for The Woodman Inn and The Bird In Hand.
