Social and beer scoring trip by public transport from Shrewsbury to Ludlow. Note this trip has been moved from the 14th December. Members and non-members welcome! Outward train 10:40 from Shrewsbury arrives Ludlow 11:09. For those who prefer to use their bus pass, the 09:55 435 from Shrewsbury bus station gets to Ludlow railway station at 11:10. Suggested return trains to enable onward bus connections from Shrewsbury are 16:19, which arrives in Shrewsbury at 16:48, or 16:52 arrives 17:24. The 15:55 bus from outside the Compasses arrives in Shrewsbury at 17:11. First port of call the Railway Shed (Ludlow Brewery bar). For those who don’t know, there is an extra pub to visit following the re-opening of the George in the market place.
