The Fox at Ryton near Dorrington has been closed since last July. However, the local community have now managed to get the pub classed as an Asset of Community Value (ACV), and are now exploring ways of purchasing the pub.

The current owners are apparently supportive of the community’s wish to buy the pub. There are some fundraising events coming up. Please see the Friends of the Fox Inn Facebook page for further details.
