The Henry Tudor House in Shrewsbury is due to close on the 9th July for renovations by Joules brewery, who purchased the pub last year.

The renovations on the listed building are expected to take 2 or 3 months, so the pub is due to re-open late September or early October. The management stated that “We are working closely with conservation officers to make sure the charm and heritage of the building are undisturbed. We are very protective of our special pub on The Cop so rest assured, we will only be making careful and positive changes”
