SIBA Awards 2026

For the second year running two North Shropshire venues are in the final four of the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) Business Awards in the Best Independent Beer Bar or Pub – Rural category.
 
The two pubs are the Crafty Dragon in Whitchurch and the Bailey Head in Oswestry. In fact all four finalists are the same as last year.
 
The Bailey Head was the winner in 2020 and Highly Commended in 2024. It has been a finalist for eight years out of the last nine. The Crafty Dragon has been a finalist for the last two years.
 
The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony in Liverpool on Wednesday, 18 March.
