A three day beer festival at the Tiddly (royal Oak) in Ellerdine Heath from 1st to 3rd August. The weekend will include music, food and plenty of beer and cider!

Beer festival at the White Horse Inn in Pulverbatch on August Bank Holiday weekend. With real ales and ciders, live music and food.

Oktoberfest done Cromwell's way from 26th to 28th September…Beer, Food, Music and Fun!! Join us and dust off the lederhosen! More than five German beers, 2 pint steins and German food. Also featuring a live oompah band. Please note that timings are approximate.

Oktoberfest beer festival at Ludlow Brewery on 17th,18th,19th October. 30 beers (cask / keg) & lagers. Sausages (it wouldn't be an Oktoberfest without a few sausages!), hog roast, pizzas, burgers & waffle - look out for Bavarian twists to menus! Live music. Prizes for Oktoberfest fancy dress - dig out those dirndls / wench costumes and lederhosen. Great vibes all weekend. Free entry all weekend (with the exception of the now sold out Saturday night ticketed gig).

Beer and cider festival in J.A.K.K.S. Barn at the Lower Lacon Caravan Park in Wem. 20+ traditional beers and ciders. Disco Friday night, and live band on Saturday night. Opening hours are: Friday 17:00-23:00, Saturday 12:00-23:00, Sunday 12:00-16:00. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for any more details.

Oktoberfest at the White Lion in Ash, near Whitchurch on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th October. With German beer, food, live music and table service. Tickets £25 with first drink free.

Sausage and cider festival on the 25th and 26th October at the Boathouse in Shrewsbury. With live music, local sausages and over 20 local ciders to try. Note that opening times are approximate.

Charity beer festival at Clive Hub, Back Lane, Clive, in aid of the Severn Hospice, other local charities and community projects.

Valentine's Ale Massacre beer festival at Ludlow Brewery on 13th to 15th February 2026. With over 20 hand-picked ales, lagers and ciders. Plus Street Food Vendors and entertainment events.

The annual Winter Beer Festival at the Prince of Wales, our Shrewsbury Pub of the Year, is on between Friday 27th February and Sunday 1st March.

The Cross Guns pub in Pant is currently closed, and local people are looking into bringing it into community ownership. The Friends of the Cross Guns group is running another Pop-up Pub in the Pant Memorial Hall on 20th March to raise funds to buy the pub

Tilstock Steam Festival at the Horseshoes Inn in Tilstock, near Whitchurch. With vintage & classic vehicles, tractors & engines, cars & bikes, family fun, street food, market stalls, proper pub pints.
