Suggested return trains for bus connections in Shrewsbury are 16:19, which arrives in Shrewsbury at 16:49, or 16:52 arrives 17:23. The 15:55 bus from outside the Compasses arrives in Shrewsbury at 17:11.

First port of call will be the Railway Shed (Ludlow Brewery). For those who want to stay later, the Blood Bay and the Dog Hangs Well open at 17:00.
