Everyone is invited to the presentation of the national CAMRA Pub of the Year finalists certificate at the Bailey Head, Oswestry, at 1pm on Saturday 23rd November. The bar will feature three collaboration cask beers brewed between the Bailey Head and Riverhead (Ossett), Castle Rock and Stonehouse.
A Winter beer festival at the Clive Hub village hall in Clive, near Wem. This is a charity event in aid of Severn Hospice. Thursday: 7:30 - 11:00pm, Friday: Family's Night - 6:00pm onwards with carol singing, Saturday: 5:00pm until barrels are empty. Food will be available on Friday and Saturday. A beer list will be published shortly.

The Prince of Wales in Shrewsbury, our current Shrewsbury Pub of the Year, are having a Winter Beer Festival on the 21st to 23rd February 2025. There will be a selection of 16+ of local and regional ales, seasonal guests, and local cider.
Tap takeover by Weetwood Brewery at Cromwell's Tap House in Shrewsbury. At 7pm on Thursday 3rd April, there will be the opportunity to meet the brewer, and Weetwood beers will be available until at least the end of Saturday 5th.
The Horseshoes Inn in Tilstock near Whitchurch is having another Steam Festival. There will be historic British steam engines on display as well as a collection of classic/vintage cars, tractors and bikes. There will also be live music throughout the day, and food and drink stalls.
The next Shropshire Real Ale Trail run by the Ale Trail Company. This one-day moving bus-based festival offers a unique opportunity to explore the charming pubs of Shropshire while indulging in a variety of handcrafted ales with your best friends without the worry of driving. The Apple Tree at Onibury is having a beer festival from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th May. Food will be available from 4:30pm each day.
The Black Bear in Whitchurch is having a beer festival from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th May, held in their pub garden. There will be 12 real ales and some boxed ciders available. The weekend will also include live music and a BBQ.
The 2nd Longmynd Scout Group are having their annual beer festival in Rectory Field, Church Stretton on Friday 6th June 4pm – 10pm, and Saturday 7th June Midday – 10pm. No details are available at the moment but at previous festivals, there have been around 20 real ales available.
Ellesmere Rangers FC are organising another beer festival on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st June held at the football club. There will be a variety of beers and ciders, as well as food and entertainment. Admission is £3.
