The annual Winter Beer Festival at the Prince of Wales, our Shrewsbury Pub of the Year, is on between Friday 27th February and Sunday 1st March.

The Cross Guns pub in Pant is currently closed, and local people are looking into bringing it into community ownership. The Friends of the Cross Guns group is running another Pop-up Pub in the Pant Memorial Hall on 20th March to raise funds to buy the pub

Tilstock Steam Festival at the Horseshoes Inn in Tilstock, near Whitchurch. With vintage & classic vehicles, tractors & engines, cars & bikes, family fun, street food, market stalls, proper pub pints.

A beer festival at St Mary Magdalene Church, Albrighton on Friday 15th to Saturday 16th May. There will be a large range of beers and ciders, and also live music.

Spring/Summer Ale Festival at the Prince of Wales in Shrewsbury on Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th May.

The Ellesmere Beer Festival is back on the 19th and 20th June at Ellesmere Rangers football club. There will be over 20 “new” beers to try this year, plus ciders and gluten-free options.

The 2nd Tiddly Beer Festival will be taking place in the 7th, 8th and 9th of August 2026 at the Tiddly (Royal Oak) in Ellerdine.

Crewe Rail Ale Festival is back for 2026, organised again by the South Cheshire CAMRA branch. The dates are 4th to 6th September, and the venue is the Heritage Centre.
