Shrewsbury & West Shropshire CAMRA social and beer scoring trip by public transport from Shrewsbury to Oswestry. Please note that this is a Friday trip. Members and non-members welcome! This month’s PTG trip will be on Friday 17th October to Oswestry by bus. We have up to 10 pubs to visit in Oswestry including the Bailey Head, CAMRA’s Pub of the Year, and two other Good Beer Guide entries - the Oak Inn and the Bell. The suggested order of pubs is shown below. First stop will be the Wetherspoons pub, the Wilfred Owen, where those that want to can grab a quick meal before moving on. Travel Information We will meet at Shrewsbury bus station around 10:50, to get the Arriva X5 bus to Oswestry.
