The winners and runners-up have now been announced in the Shrewsbury & West Shropshire CAMRA Pub of The Year, Cider Pub of the Year, and Club of The Year competitions for 2026.

The Shrewsbury Night Bus is back for the Christmas period, running from 24th November to 23rd December. This will make it easier for Shrewsbury residents and tourists to get back after enjoying a night out in Shrewsbury.

We’ve come up with a scheme to recognise where pubs consistently serve good beer. Look out for this sticker in pub windows – it tells you that CAMRA members have scored the beer consistently at Good, or even better.

Our branch has just had a nice surprise, as we’ve just won CAMRA’s Branch Website of the Year award.
